| William S. Witzofsky Vice President  Bill joined the firm in September of 1997. He is responsible for financial analysis, coordination and oversight of investment due diligence,
monitoring of the investment companies in CFB's portfolio, review of business plans, and support of the firm's investment staff. Bill has over 17 years of business experience, including corporate accounting, auditing, credit, and portfolio management.
Prior to joining CFB, he spent 11 years in the commercial finance industry, most recently as Audit and Operations Manager for the Asset Based Lending Division of Boatmen's National Bank of St. Louis. Prior to his work experience in the commercial finance industry, he worked as a Corporate Accountant for Save-A-Lot Foods, Ltd.
He received his BS in business administration, accounting major, from the University of Missouri - St. Louis in 1984.
