| Stephen B. Broun Managing Partner  Steve joined CFB in 1989. He is responsible
for the evaluation, selection, structuring,
negotiating and management of CFB
investments. He also assists CFB portfolio
companies in strategic planning, executive
recruiting, general business management,
mergers and acquisitions, and raising
additional debt and equity capital. He serves
on the boards of the following CFB portfolio
companies: Bates Sales Co., Engel Industries,
Detroit Tool Metal Products, and Greenville
Tube.Prior to joining CFB, Steve was an investment analyst with A.G. Edwards, and a Senior Associate with Missouri Venture Partners. He has an MBA from Washington University and a BA in business administration from Saint Louis University.
Steve is President and a board member of
Missouri Venture Forum, is a past President
of the Midwest Regional Association of
Small Business Investment Companies,
and a former board member of its national
association.
