| Central Fiber manufactures industrial fiber and cellulose, using recycled paper. Its customers use its products for fire retardation, caulking, adhesives, textured paints, roof coatings and landfill coverings. The company also makes fiber products used in cellulose insulation and in lawn and garden mulch. CFB, three other firms, and management acquired the company. CFB invested in the company on October 30, 1992.
