Abco Office Products, Harter Corporation and Fixture
Manufacturing Corporation. Abco, in Florence, Alabama, makes
mid-price modular office systems; Harter, in Sturgis, Michigan, manufactures mid-price office
chairs; and Fixture, in Kansas City, Missouri, makes high-quality tubular stacking chairs and
matching tables. CFB, a merchant banking group, and a new Jami management team provided
preferred and common stock for the acquisition. CFB invested in the company on February 28,1995.
