| Imperial is a custom plastic-injection molder. The company uses 40 molding machines to make
a wide variety of small and medium-size plastic parts. It produces storage containers, plastic
jars and caps, plumbing elbows and fittings, containers for filters and traps, and components for
shotgun shells and for automobile wiring. CFB, another equity firm, and Imperial's new owner
acquired the company from the retiring founder.
