Detroit Tool Metal Products Co. (“DTMP”) is a manufacturer of precision metal stampings and fabricated components for a broad range of industries and applications. DTMP serves a diversified group of industries including, but not limited to, agriculture, appliance, heavy truck, medium truck, lawn, and garden. The company is a sole-source producer of long-term production contracts.

In October of 2006, CFB merged its portfolio company, Industrial Tool and Fabrication, LLC (“ITF”) into DTMP. ITF specializes in the production of value-added outsourced steel sub-assemblies, components, and parts for use in heavy construction and agricultural equipment. In addition to providing steel fabrication services, ITF also offers tool and die services and machining services to customers across the U.S.
