Digi-Star, LLC (“Digi-Star”) develops, manufactures and markets electronic weighing systems to leading agricultural original equipment manufacturers (“OEMs”) in North America and Europe. Digi-Star's products typically represent components or add-on features for OEMs' feed mixers, grinders, grain carts, weigh wagons, and bulk commodity and animal weighing systems. Digi-Star’s electronic weighing systems are used as management tools for four primary applications: (1) on-board weighing of feed for beef cattle and dairy cows; (2) on-board weighing of grain as it is deposited in grain carts; (3) weighing livestock to measure and record animal data; and (4) weighing poultry feed.
