Custom Marketing Company (“CMC” or the “Company”) is a Fargo, North Dakota based supplier of grain storage, drying, loading/unloading, bin monitoring, and handling equipment for the agriculture industry. CMC’s products appeal predominantly to the “on-farm” grain storage market; a market that allows farmers to deliver their crops to the market when it is most advantageous for them financially, as well as prevents farmers from being subjected to the common bottlenecks created by local grain elevators. CMC’s flagship product, the Pressure Cure® Drying System, allows farmers to harvest their crops earlier and at higher moisture contents without the need for petroleum based heating systems which can be subjected to substantial pricing volatility.
